So much yoga.
I am coming out of a weekend of HEAVY yoga. teaching, positioning, practicing, all of it.
WOOSH what a weekend! So much teaching, so much coming out of my comfort zone....so much realizing that I can do this (I think????? Maybe?????)......so much fun with my classmates.
